Let’s celebrate the next International Women’s Day together!
On March 8th, ANPI Scotland has promoted two events – in the morning in Glasgow, in the evening in Edinburgh. We look forward to seeing you to spend a day of culture and common struggle together!
In Glasgow there will be a breakfast with readings by Italian poets, starting at 11:45. For details follow the contacts at this link.
In Edinburgh, instead, we will meet starting at 18:00, at the Eliot Seminar Room of Minto House (see map), for an evening of readings and music. Jordana Salvatore, Cinzia Vispi and Marco Palone will read a selection of passages and poems by Alda Merini, Patrizia Cavalli, Beatrice Zerbini and Joice Lussu, while Claudio Massimo will accompany the meeting with his music.
(Both events will be held entirely in Italian.)
